What we collect

We only receive personal information that you choose to send us:

• Your name, phone number, the road or location, and any project details you type into the enquiry form.
• Anything you tell us when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.

The enquiry form does not store your details on this website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and the message reaches us only when you send it from there.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out and follow up on any work you award us. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your details only where the work requires it, for example with our own site teams, or where the law requires us to. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. To display the pages, your browser loads fonts and scripts from third-party providers (Google Fonts, cdnjs and unpkg), and the contact section shows a map from Google Maps, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy and may set cookies. As with any website, those providers can see your IP address when your browser requests the files.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to complete the work and to meet our legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to sales@thesignage.in. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.
